ENAS coordinates painting and decorating as part of renovation, fit-out and modernisation projects in Berlin. Painting work requiring trade authorisation is carried out by appropriately qualified and authorised contractors. The scope may include priming, jointing at transitions, and painting walls and ceilings in the required colour and finish.
For high-traffic areas such as corridors, staircases or reception zones, scrub-resistant coatings can be specified to make later cleaning easier. Moisture-resistant coatings are selected for wet rooms where appropriate.
The coordinated scope can also include wallpapering — from lining paper to non-woven wallpaper and textured wall coverings — as well as colour-matching door frames, window sills and other timber elements. On refurbishment projects, existing coatings and substrates are prepared appropriately before the new finish is applied.
