Drywall Construction
Interior walls and ceilings for your new layout.
Explore Drywall Construction →From an individual space concept to a complete renovation — office space planned and delivered without disrupting your operations.
ENAS coordinates your office fit-out in Berlin and brings together the trades required to reshape the space. The scope extends from space planning through drywall construction, electrical work and flooring to painting and kitchenette installation. Electrical, plumbing and other specialist work requiring trade authorisation is carried out by appropriately qualified and authorised contractors.
A central part of the work is coordinating the trades with each other: electrical and network cabling is routed before walls are closed, ventilation and climate systems are integrated into the ceiling construction, and lighting is matched to the planned use of each room. For acoustically sensitive areas such as meeting rooms or phone booths, we plan additional sound insulation.
On request, we also coordinate furnishing with you — from built-in elements such as reception desks through to handing over a move-in-ready space. Where a business stays operational during the fit-out, we carry out the work in phases, so part of the space remains usable throughout.
The entire fit-out runs under a single project lead who coordinates every trade involved — you have one fixed point of contact for the whole project, not several individual trades.
Office fit-out from ENAS suits businesses moving into new space or adapting an existing one to a growing team, as well as developers and landlords fitting out office space for a future tenant. We also support combining several smaller office units into one connected space. Project sizes range from reconfiguring individual rooms to a complete fit-out across multiple floors.
We record space requirements, team sizes and the intended use of the area.

Cost depends on floor area, existing condition, proposed layout, material standard and the number of coordinated trades. Technical installations, acoustic measures, fire-safety requirements, kitchenettes and work around ongoing operations all affect the scope. Following a needs assessment and site review, the project can be divided into clearly defined and costed work packages.
The scope can include space planning, drywall, flooring, finishes, lighting, electrical and network interfaces, and kitchenettes. ENAS brings the planning and sequence together under one project coordination process. Electrical, plumbing and other specialist work requiring trade authorisation is carried out by appropriately qualified and authorised specialist contractors.
Phased work can be possible when access, dust and noise control, safety zones and working hours can be separated clearly. The planning stage identifies any teams or rooms that need temporary relocation. Work with a substantial technical or operational impact may still require limited closure periods, which are incorporated into the construction schedule.
Planning starts by recording team sizes, working patterns, room functions and technical requirements. The existing space and installations are then assessed for constraints. This information informs the layout, trade sequence and quotation. Resolving interfaces early prevents services, ceilings, walls and floor build-ups from conflicting later in the project.
