Office Cleaning
Regular cleaning between deep-clean visits.
Explore Office Cleaning →Thorough cleaning outside the regular cleaning plan — for floors, sanitary areas and heavily used surfaces.
Deep cleaning goes beyond routine maintenance cleaning and addresses build-up that accumulates over a longer period or isn't covered by regular cleaning. This includes deep-cleaning hard floors, including stripping old coatings and refinishing, carpet cleaning by spray extraction, and thoroughly cleaning grout lines and hard-to-reach areas.
We also treat sanitary areas more intensively as part of deep cleaning than in day-to-day service — limescale build-up, discoloured grout and hard-to-reach spots behind fittings are specifically addressed. In kitchens and kitchenettes, we clean appliances such as fridges and microwaves inside as well as out, along with grease build-up on extractor hoods.
We typically carry out deep cleans once or twice a year, independent of the regular cleaning plan — for example, before or after the summer break, at tenant changeover, or ahead of a specific event. Deep cleaning can also be booked as a one-off addition alongside an existing routine or office cleaning contract.
Depending on the floor covering, we use different methods — from machine scrubbing for hard floors to spray extraction for carpets.
Deep cleaning suits office and commercial properties that need more intensive work beyond routine cleaning, property managers preparing flats for a tenant changeover, and businesses preparing a space for handover or a particular use. It can complement office, routine or stairwell cleaning.
During the site visit, we assess the areas involved and how heavily soiled they are. The quote sets out scope and timing, and work is carried out outside business hours wherever possible. Once complete, we review the result together with you.
Routine cleaning keeps a property clean through recurring standard tasks. Deep cleaning treats built-up soiling, residue and difficult-to-reach areas more intensively at longer intervals. It can focus on floors, sanitary facilities or kitchens, but it does not automatically replace the ongoing cleaning plan for the whole property.
Common occasions include establishing a new cleaning plan, a change of tenant, extended periods of use, seasonal requirements or visible accumulated soiling. It can also be suitable after an event or before a particular use. The required work is defined according to the material, condition and desired result for each affected area.
The scope can include floor coverings, edges and skirting, sanitary facilities, kitchens and difficult-to-reach surfaces. For appliances or built-in elements, internal cleaning is agreed separately. Methods and products are selected for the material and type of soiling so that sensitive surfaces are not damaged by unsuitable treatment.
Relevant factors include area, materials, level of soiling and the required cleaning method. Adhered residue, furnished rooms, difficult access and necessary dwell or drying times increase the work involved. Following a walkthrough, the zones requiring intensive treatment and the achievable result for the existing material condition are defined.
