Window & Glass Cleaning
Windows and glass surfaces not covered by routine cleaning.
Explore Window & Glass Cleaning →Regular cleaning for workstations, sanitary areas and meeting rooms — on fixed schedules, with a consistent team.
Office cleaning with ENAS covers more than emptying bins. We clean workstations and screen surfaces on a schedule agreed with you, service sanitary areas daily, and maintain kitchenettes including fridges and sinks on a fixed rota.
Meeting rooms and reception areas are treated separately, since clients and visitors see them regularly: tables, chairs and glass surfaces are checked on site, and fingerprints are removed from partitions and doors. Floors are vacuumed or damp-mopped depending on the surface, with carpeted areas brushed as needed.
Waste disposal is organised including separation in line with Berlin's requirements — paper, recyclables and general waste are collected separately and taken to the agreed collection points. On request, we also restock consumables such as soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
Possible cleaning times are aligned with business operations and the property's access conditions. Responsibilities, points of contact and the agreed frequency are recorded in the cleaning plan.
Office cleaning from ENAS suits coworking spaces, law firms, administrative offices and smaller businesses with their own workplaces. For practices or other properties with specific hygiene requirements, products, scope and frequency need to be agreed separately.

Cost is primarily based on floor area, cleaning frequency and the agreed scope. The number of workstations, sanitary areas, kitchenettes, floor types and special hygiene requirements also affect the service. Access times and consumables are considered as well. A walkthrough allows a property-specific cleaning plan with clearly defined tasks to be prepared.
The service plan can cover workstations, accessible surfaces, floors, meeting rooms, sanitary areas and kitchenettes. Bins are emptied and agreed consumables checked or replenished. Screen cleaning, refrigerators and other special tasks are assigned a suitable frequency explicitly rather than being assumed as part of every visit.
The suitable frequency depends on staff numbers, visitor traffic, how rooms are used and hygiene-sensitive areas. Sanitary facilities and kitchens often need more frequent attention than lightly used meeting or ancillary rooms. ENAS sets intervals by area so that heavily used spaces receive sufficient care without applying the same schedule everywhere.
Service times can be matched to business operations and the property’s access arrangements. Keys, alarm procedures, locked rooms, contacts and permitted time windows are agreed in advance. For sensitive areas or workstations, the plan also identifies which surfaces are accessible and how confidential documents should be handled.
