Deep Cleaning
Recurring deep cleaning after the initial move-in.
Explore Deep Cleaning →Broom-clean handover or full final cleaning after renovation, refurbishment or new construction.
Post-construction cleaning removes construction and installation residue left behind after renovation, refurbishment or new-build work — dust, paint splashes, adhesive and silicone residue, along with packaging material and small amounts of construction debris. We distinguish between a broom-clean handover, which removes coarse construction dirt, and a full final clean, which also prepares windows, floors and sanitary surfaces ready for occupancy.
The scope includes cleaning floors regardless of covering, removing protective film and tape residue, cleaning windows inside and out, and thoroughly preparing sanitary fixtures, which are often only loosely protected during the construction phase.
We schedule post-construction cleaning closely around the construction timeline, since it usually takes place shortly before handover to tenants, buyers or users. Where several trades are working on site until the end, we coordinate the cleaning date so no rework is needed because of trades still finishing up.
For new-build projects with multiple units, such as residential complexes, we plan cleaning unit by unit, so each space is individually ready for handover.
Post-construction cleaning from ENAS suits developers and general contractors who need space prepared for handover after completion, as well as landlords and property managers following renovation or refurbishment work in individual units. Projects range from the final clean of individual flats to complete new-build projects with multiple units.
We coordinate the cleaning date with the construction timeline and the trades involved.

The agreed scope can cover construction dust, paint splashes, adhesive residue, protective film and small construction or packaging remnants. Floors, windows, surfaces and sanitary fittings are treated according to the required handover standard. Whether the result needs to be swept clean or move-in ready is defined clearly in the service specification.
It should follow completion of the main construction and installation work and take place before rooms are furnished or handed over. Remaining work should be sufficiently complete to prevent heavy recontamination. A preliminary clean can help on larger projects, but the final detailed clean should remain close to the handover date.
Areas must be accessible, and remaining trades, material storage and disposal routes should be coordinated. Fixed elements should be complete, sensitive finishes identified, and keys or access arrangements confirmed. Information about specialist materials allows suitable cleaning methods and products to be selected, helping to avoid damage.
Relevant factors include area, level of soiling, required handover standard and type of residue. Extensive glazing, stubborn adhesive or paint marks, difficult access and short working windows increase the work involved. A reliable calculation requires a review of the construction status, access and the boundaries between remaining work, disposal and cleaning.
